This year has been an exciting year in Recruiting. The job market continues to strengthen and the competitiveness for strong external talent has excited my sourcing geekiness. This year has reminded me a lot of how it was prior to the recession where you had to be a successfully “hunter” and not a “farmer” to grow your professional network, develop your pipeline, ask for referrals, and the importance of having a strong professional brand.
